These ground beef soft tacos are filled with muscle-building protein and heart-healthy avocado and salsa.

Make it:
5 oz 95% extra lean ground beef
2 whole-wheat, lower-carb flour tortillas
⅓ avocado
¼ cup salsa
¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
½ cup romaine lettuce

Brown the beef, spoon into tortillas and top with the last 4 ingredients.
